It is two days I noticed that there is a concave shape in the middle of my laptop keyboard that does not let me latch it, and right click on mouse pad doesn't work any more. I am scared if it is about exploding. Need to speak a person to find out what the problem is and what I should do.

Since this is a hardware issue, please contact HP Support for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Thanks for your reply but when I click on that link you had mentioned, it doesn't take me anywhere :

We can't find that page, but here's the good news - we've got other ways to find what you need."!

And when I click for instance on "Laptop", it takes me to the store.

When I click on "contact HP", it is actually what I did and I am recieving your answer!

Is there a better way, cuz there is no phone number and finding a clue here is a little confusing.
