about the touch pad of my laptop

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to inform you that the touchpad of my laptop is too much loose than normal. It even causes noise while clicking and sometimes there is touch issue with touchpad also. so i hereby request a help to solve issue as soon as possible

This sounds like hardware related issue with the touchpad,  as we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
