after BIOS update the system language switched from enlish to portugues! how to switch it back?

Welcome to HP support community.

Login to BIOS screen and change the language:

Restart the Unit and keep tapping the F10 Key.
After you log into BIOS Setup, move to 4th Tab on the right and Press Enter key.
