The error message translates to a 303 hard disk quick test failures.
Unfortunately, your notebook is out of warranty.
The way to resolve the issue is to replace the hard disk or SSD that is your main storage device. I recommend using an appropriate (2.5" SATA-3 (TLC) notebook SSD to boost the performance of your notebook.
Once that is done you can recover by using the HP Cloud recovery USB flash drive that you can create from the following link.
