battery charging on/off

Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

hi, I have an envy laptop 15-j000eb here,
At rest or during low-load performances on this laptop, I have no problems charging the battery while I am working.
But once I do more difficult things in 3D modeling, for example, the battery charging process switches on and off and keeps repeating this until I do some quieter things again. I suspect the charger is not original: Maxxter 100-240V / 1.3 A, 50 / 60Hz 19.5 V 3.33 A, 65w. What can fix this problem:
-Is the battery no longer good and needs to be replaced?
-Is it better to replace the charger and does it help to choose 90w if you have this problem?
-or is there a other problem.
