will my battery stop charging after reaching 100 or will it keep falling to 99 then charging back up 
if u have a way to stop the battery from charging via an application or an option in the sittings please help me I don't want my battery life to be wasted over 1% while using my laptop on charger

Steps to uninstall the ACPI drivers 

Right-Click on start button> click device manager> Batteries>then select the s drivers and right-click on it and uninstall all battery drivers. 

Then restart the computer and check again.
