battery doesnt lasts longer as shown on the website of the product

hp pavilion x360 i3-u004TU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

battery should last at least 8 hrs( 9 hrs written on the website ) but it lasts round about 5 hrs while surfing the net and playing music sometimes. Also after getting  fully charged , it starts draining very quickly(from 100% to 90% in just 7-9 min). while working on tablet mode, its touch response starts lagging and sometimes it hangs too(round about 5 out of 10 times). In its 360 view , it heats very quickly( in 10 to 15 min of viewing photos and videos).  its not even 15 days i bought this laptop . suggest something to troubleshoot these problems
