Hi all, i just bought this gaming notebook 2 weeks ago, but battery drains too fast! in 1 hour is out, it drains 1% at minute.

is it normal? on hp website they wrote that battery with reproducing  a 1080 video drains in three hour but for me 3 hours is a dream.

do I have to use warranty?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery drains very fast.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

No way, thank for the answer but problem is still here. 

I facing another problem too, battery seems to drain from low to 0 even if notebook is shutdown.

And then when I have to start I need ac cable, but problem is that in this way notebook cannot use wi-fi. It seems that windows doesn't recognize wifi card and cannot use wi-fi. It shows me only airplane mode on the bottom right menu. I tried to unistall and install card wi-fi and his driver and finally works. 

What's this?

Can you help me?
