Does someone know something about ID error Q08F9K-7NF9HC-XD7WLJ-C0EV13 ? It should be about a battery malfunction. The notebook is "plugged in but not charging", I can use it only when it's plugged in while it doesn't turn on by battery. What's the problem? Can you help me please?
