HP Tech support is terrible. i bought  a brand new HP Omen 15 and upgraded the  device to its full potential and im having the same battery issue. I spent over $2k for this garbage laptop. My battery drains in 1-1.5 hrs and im not even doing anything heavy like gaming etc. Just surfing the web.  HP is not helpful at all when it comes to servicing their customers. They are supposed to be sending me a new battery that is back ordered and im  not receiving until 4/2 so they say but I would not believe a word from these people.  If my battery issue is not resolved when I get the new one, i will be returning and sticking with Dell Alienware which is much better machine like I should have from the beginning. Never listening to another person;s opinion again about HP. They are horrible especially their laptops.
