Hello,

I am starting to face issues with my battery, it would only last for 2-3 hours, which was fine for me, but now, suddenly it shows that it is out of charge, and then charge again, or I get a bios message that the battery needs replacement, and then everything returns to normal. 

As I am using the laptop for my studies, I need to be on the safe side, I tried to get the battery changed by contacting hp for advice here in Italy but received no reply. The device is out of warranty and was bought in Egypt.

I am looking for any advice about the course of action and who to contact either here in Florence or in cairo.

it literally closed because there was no charge left, when there were 52% charge, and opened again at 1% charging
