The available BIOS updates are designed to be run in Windows as they are exe files.

 

Does your notebook have an Intel or AMD processor?

There was a failure when updating the BIOS, using Windows. Now, the laptop does not turn on? WIN+B not work..

Notebook have Intel CPU

При обновлении прошивки, программа зависла, ждал сутки, снял задачу, перегрузил..и все..мертвая, срелство восстановления биоса не помогло..Выпаял микросхему, вставил  в программатор, а вот бинарника нет...прошивал онлайн средствами ((

That is all the assistance I can provide for you since I don't know how you are going to turn that file into something that you can boot from to restore the BIOS.
