want the latest bios update for my system. Have now bios insyde f.22 11/2/2012. Where can I find it/what is the latest version for my computer and operating system. Send link if possible.

Hi:

 

The latest BIOS update HP has for your notebook is F.2E, Sep 9, 2016.

 

You can find it under the W8 driver section on your notebook's support page.

Here's the problem though...the file was written to be run on Windows 8, so I have no idea what will happen if you try to run the BIOS update on W10.

 

It may run fine, or it may turn your notebook into an expensive paperweight.

 

If you want to risk updating the BIOS, I suggest you run the update in Windows 8 compatibility mode.
