If you are looking for some assistance, you will need to identify your notebook with its complete product number. Otherwise, we really can't help you.
When logged into Windows. Hold down the Fn key and tap the Esc key.
That will invoke a system information window.
Post the product number seen there.
You posted this in the desktop section. You own a notebook. I will move this to the notebook section.

For future reference, you own an HP 15-r007tx notebook.
Install the HP System Event software driver.
"This package contains the HP System Event Utility, which enables special function keys on supported notebook models to be programmed. For example, HP System Event Utility enables users to press the Fn+ESC keys to view system information. This package is provided for supported models running a supported operating system."

i hv installed the suggested driver,........ but keys have still not started to work

Reinstall the chipset driver and the IMEI driver.
