Here's the Service Manual:
See p. 2.
You have a 6th gen i3 and UMA video so you have 2 slots and the max memory is 2 x 8 or 16 gigs of DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM.
Pages 47-55 show how to get the back cover off and get to the memory slots.
Personally I would recommend buying another 4 gig module so you have 8 gigs and it runs in dual channel mode. You will get a much bigger improvement/dollar spent than going to 16 gigs but if you have to max it out I understand.
4-GB 862397-855

Hi,
I also brought HP 15q-BU008TX Laptop and I want to upgrade RAM to 8 GB hence I ordered this Crucial RAM from Amazon what you recommend.
When I went to HP service center for install this RAM they are denied to install this RAM and told that this is not HP certified RAM.
Please suggest me now what should I do?
Thanks

I never told you HP would install it for you. If you want HP to do it they will supply the memory at great cost. When you ask to buy a part I assume you are going to install it yourself or find a local shop who will do it for you.
