Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I have tried to upgrade my pc omen obelisk's ram from a 16gb with 2666mhz with the factory one stick to having two sticks of 16gb 2666mhz but every time i do the compute recognizes the speed as only 2400mhz help!!!!!!!

it has   HyperX® 16 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB). I've got NO idea why you upgraded from 16GB to 16GB, is it compatible RAM ?

mine actually came with 1 16gb stick and i and i am trying to put a second 16gb stick in to make a total of 32 gb
