Your OMEN by HP - 15-ce001ne (2CJ33EA) according to: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06002077.pdf, requires this HP part number for cooling fan(s) replacement: L22261-001 ("FAN - SPS-FAN KIT"):

Btw, the fan you showed in your link is different than the L22261-001 (left-or-right) fan kit -you would have to compare this fan against the one you need to replace it with, and see if it is a mirror image.

 

According to the OMEN by HP 15 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide manual (which could be wrong, of course), this is what the left/right fan kit for your laptop is supposed to look like:
