hey people I have an HP Pavilion gaming -15-dk0918no and in some games, it runs terrible. on the website I bought it on and on intel's website it says that it can run 4,10ghz but mine only runs 2,40ghz, how do I change that?

4.1 ghz is maximum burst speed and only happens for a small fraction of a second. If you run most diagnostics on it you will only see the base frequency of 2.4 ghz. It does not mean anything is wrong. Intel makes an app so you can monitor TurboBoost in action. Not sure this works with your 9th gen processor but I see nothing that says it will not:
