Hi @abaskhan,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP Smart Friend!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand how frustrating a cracked screen can be.

I’d like to clarify that the HP SmartFriend 1-Year Pre-Paid Plan provides support for software troubleshooting, optimization, and general tech help, it does not cover physical hardware repairs or accidental damage.

Also, because a cracked screen is considered customer-induced damage, it is not covered under the standard warranty or SmartFriend plan.

If you’d like, I can help you check options for a paid repair or connect you with an HP authorized service center. Just let me know, I’m here to help!

I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

Best regards,

Kuroi_Kenshi
