HP Pavilion x360 dh1026no

I just bough an HP Pavilion x360 dh1026 and an adapter from USB-C to dual HDMI as I normally work with 2 external screens. From the community I understand that the USB-C port only supports data and that the limitation is in the hardware.

Hope someone can prove me wrong?

How can I connect dual external screens to my new computer?

Best regards

MortenS

@MortenS Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to connect the dual monitor with USB Ctype to HDMI converter.

I have checked the specification of the laptop. The USB Ctype only for data transfer.

1 USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate)

However, you have an HDMI port, you can purchase the HDMI splitter. This may work.

Thanks for your reply- The HDMI splitter only works for duplicating screens and not extending them, which is what I want.

Please confirm.

Thanks.
