J'ai un hp model 14-bf122tx et j'ai acheté un disque dur ssd Samsung v-nand 970evoplus M. 2. Mais le disque ne s'affiche pas. L'ordinateur ne détecte pas le disque SSD, j'aimerais savoir s'y a des possibilités pour faire afficher le disque. J'ai tester le disque avec succès sur l'ordi d'un ami.

Chapter 1 has the supported drive types.

 

Your notebook's M.2 slot only supports SATA SSD's, not NVMe, which is why the Samsung 970 NVMe drive doesn't work.

 

You need to exchange that drive and get a Samsung 860 SATA M.2 SSD.
