Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.
Chapter 1, page 2 has the list of supported Intel processors.
Chapter 3 shows that different motherboards are used for the notebooks that come with 35W processors and those that come with 45W processors, so that means you should be able to install any 35W Intel processor on the list, including the Intel Core i7-3612QM 2.10-GHz processor (6.0-MB L3 cache, 35 W

Interesting...it works fine for me.
I've zipped up and attached the manual for you below (by the paperclip icon).
I had to zip the pdf file up because it exceeded the 5 MB forum attachment limit.

You're very welcome.
Your notebook's processor does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 processor requirements of an Intel 8th generation core or newer processor, and it does not have a TPM 2.0 security device which is another requirement.
However, if you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H3.
You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.
