In the current case, we have done everything possible. If a future BIOS update is provided, the fan behavior might improve a bit. The construction of the notebook's thermal system is not perfect and a fan has its function. Therefore, I consider our action to be over at this point and hope that you will still enjoy the notebook for a long time.

 how does your gaming hub have so many details, mine is like this if i open the the microsoft store doesnt update it, the comfort mode on my omen lowers the temperature but the fan spead increase, do you know how to get this kind of detail on my gaming hub?

This is from the gaming hub site, not my omen (I don't have nor have ever had Omens). Every different Omen model can have different options in the Gaming Hub. If you get lucky, your model even gets Undervolting.

Do a full clean UNINSTALLATION and THEN go to the store and install new version.

How do I reinstall the OMEN Gaming Hub?
Uninstall and then reinstall the app.

To unistall the app, use one of the following methods.

• In Windows, search for OMEN Gaming Hub. In the list of search results, right-click the OMEN Gaming Hub icon, and then select Uninstall to remove the app.

• In the Start menu, click Settings > Apps. In the Apps & features list, click OMEN Gaming Hub. Click Uninstall to remove the app.

How do I install the latest OMEN Gaming Hub version?
You can install the latest OMEN Gaming Hub version from Microsoft Store.

In Windows, search for and open Microsoft Store.

In the store, search for and open OMEN Gaming Hub.

Click Get, and then click Install.

NOTE: Installation of apps from the Microsoft Store requires a stable network connection for correct download and installation.

You should THEN install Get HP System Event Utility - Microsoft Store  and  OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package 1.0.34 Rev.A Feb 8, 2021
