Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a gap in the laptop frame, I have been suffering from this problem for a year and 6 months, so 8 months ago I talked with the support so they can fix it as long as my guarantee is available and, unfortunately, it was the worst support I have ever seen in my life, they never responded to my calls, I sent them an email and it took them 2 months to respond, they were saying try to run the troubleshooter and update your laptop I don't know how they think, my problem is with the Hardware not with the software. You can tell those guys anything bad but don't tell them I need to send my laptop to you to check it, they will keep dodge and make you scared by saying OK you can send it but if your laptop works and there are no big problems we gonna charge you.
Now my guarantee expired and the gap became bigger so I paid 400$ to fix it and it back as new. However, after 3 days, the gap starts appearing even though it is a new frame.

Can someone tell me why HP is worthless? No good quality? No good support?
