gpu upgrade pavilion 15-n003TX

15-n003TX
Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

My laptop model no. is 15-n003TX. I bought it 3 years back. It had AMD Radeon gpu. Now, for my research purposes, I need an Nvidia GTX 900m gpu. How can I get this upgradation??

Hi,

No you can't. Upgrading video card on a normal computer such as yours is impossible or very, very, very, very expensive.

Hi,

Buy a new DESKTOP machine is much simpler. I have not tried this:

Ya, I have seen that site. Buying a new desktop or new laptop would cost me much more than just attaching an external gpu (I may want to upgrade the gpu bought on the new pc in future also), provided it's possible. I want to know from someone from the HP support team whether connecting an external gtx 900 to my laptop with above specifications possible or not.
