The hard drive needs to be replaced. 

 

The Model is 15-f010wm and we can help with a manual, video and suggestions for purchasing a hard drive and restoring software if you want to go that way.

That is why we back up...in case that happens. After the hard drive is bad you can maybe recover data but apps can no longer be cloned off of it. Do you have a backup?

Then you have to get a hard drive, do a clean new install of Windows and also get a hard drive to usb adapter and try to get as much as you can off the old hard drive.
