Hi,

The part number for the cable is

L23187-001

Ex:

https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2380057.m570.l1313&_nkw=L23187-001&_sacat=0

You can try performing an online search with part number

You will also need the bracket part number L24490-001 or you could use some double sided foammy sticky tape.

Page 36 of service manual you can see the steps to install the drive.

However, it would be easier and probably cheaper to just upgrade the M2 SSD in the machine. You could replace the M2 SATA3 SSD with an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD of your desired brand and capacity which would also give a great boost to the notebook. You could also add another 4GB of RAM in the empty slot.

Hope it helps,

OK. THat should work.

I am just thinking that you will be adding more wight and mechanical disks have moving pats in them which are more likely to fail in time. Not too much more would get you a good PCIe drive
