Product: HP Laptop 17-by0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Please help! We own two HP Laptops that went out of warranty on December 2019 both laptops have been babied but still have broken hinges. HP won't help us because we are out of warranty…. we need our laptops for college course work and expected more out of the quality. Hopefully it can be made right 😞
