Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg2000 (4U8D9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I need to add 8 gigs of ram to my laptop and I don't know how to purchase it. I don't know what kind of memory I have, I don't even know if my laptop can even support 8 more gigs. There are limited support options and contact info for HP, please help!
