HP Recommended
You would have to find and buy the parts to install a 2.5" drive which are not there because your notebook has a M.2 SATA SSD.
It would probably be cheaper, easier, and better to upgrade the 128 GB M.2 SATA SSD to a larger and faster performing M.2 NVMe SSD.

Chapter 3 has the parts needed to add a 2.5" drive:
Hard drive cable L23187-001
Hard drive bracket L24490-001
HP does not have either part in stock and each component is $21.00.
