HP Notebook - 14-ck0517sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop hinge brass insert holders have broken and also have caused cracks in the plastic cover. i got my laptop over 2 years ago and the warranty has ended but the fault started months before my warranty ended but because of the virus I didn't get in contact with them. i have read another few community question about laptop hinges and from the internet and have realised hp have horrible hinges on their laptops(maybe horrible is abit extreme but i feel like it is). one day i opened my laptop and heard cracking and (im not sure how long after maybe a few days or over a week) later on some plastic pieces came out and there was noise when i picked the laptop up(which was the plastic peices from the hinges which i later discovered). i need help with hp as there product is faulty and the place i bought it from is confusing with their customer service over the phone. i think its a manufacturer fault. this problem has caused abit of problems for me and my family ,as we all use it for school and work. please hp help me!
