Merhaba pil sarj olurken tam dolmadan duruyor birkaç saniye  sonra yeniden sarj oluyor sonra bu durum tekrar tekrar olmaya devam ediyorhp destekteki önerileri inceledim

Hi, when I charge the battery, it stops charging before it is fully charged. It recharges after a few seconds. Then this situation keeps happening over and over again. I've looked at the recommendations on hp support. https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Laptop-plugged-in-not-charging... I did the suggestions on this page but nothing changed. I would appreciate if you have a different solution suggestion. Thanks in advance
