What you need is DDR3L RAM 1600Mhz

So, yes the Crucial RAM you linked should work. You have to make sure you get DDR3L and not DDR3. Dual-channel is not going to make a great difference.

but the mount did not go in dual channel, for what reason? in the sense that they are identical being a kit and they are ddr3l 1.35 v, but I realized using cpuz that the serial of the 2 banks of ram was not shown as unknown serial. on the site of the damage they give that kit of 16 gb ddr3l as compatible with hp 355 2g, however when I bought the laptop cerano 4 GB sodimm hynix the hynix are more compatible? there is also the 16-gb hynix sodimm ddr3l dual-channel kit, what do you think?
