HP Envy x360 15-bp143cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy x360 left side hinge broke last night when i was opening the screen to turn it into tablet mood. This seems to be a common problem that I wish I had known about.  I have had this laptop for less then 2 years, and my warrenty is exspired. I have no idea what to do to get this fixed. I spent a large sum of money on this laptop and can not afford to replace it.  With covid going on I need my laptop to use every day for work related stuff. As of now im leaving it open on my desk, but this is not ideal for long term use. Does anyone have any idea what I should do next? I've tried contacting a virtural HP agent and have had no help there. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have tried multiple times to get help from the virtual agent, with no help. My laptop doesnt show up in the list of selections for them to help me with any solutions, or the links don't work.

Thank you for posting back.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
