This is the problem listed in my computer while i try to install updates

Open the service and set Startup type to Manual
Click Apply and close the window
Download and install HP Image Enhancement for System Logon - http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81501-82000/sp81965.exe
Reboot your PC
Also, try updating the BIOS and other drivers on your PC using HP support assistant.
