looking some help please
ive done an upgrade to this hp laptop, ssd and ram, mouse cursor was fine but once i did a windows update its started to freeze, it would move fine then just stop for a second and go again.
there isnt much info online about this?
thanks in advance
I reviewed your post and I understand that the mouse cursor is freezing.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
Have you tested with an external mouse?
Meanwhile, I recommend you uninstall the touchpad driver from the device manager and then download and install it from the below link.
Here is how it is done.
NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
