Hello,

I bought the hp omen 15-ce051 laptop about 2 years ago and recently my battery had died completely after a pretty quick degradation. 

I am interested in replacing the battery and I was wondering a few things:

1. can I upgrade the battery to a stronger one? if so which model and where can I buy it?

2. if not, where do I purchase a replacement

the current battery model is SR04XL

I recommend you contact HP Support and they will help you with the upgraded battery if its available

 

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
