hp pavilion dv7 1060eo caps lock LED codes and cpu removal

[ Edited ]

I have a hp pavilion dv7 1060eo, which is not booting. Fans are OK, but the screen remains black after boot. I have removed the dust and performed the power reset as described in this page.

Caps lock leds and num lock leds are blinking continuously. I think it means that error code is one (1). It means the cpu is not functional. Reseat, replace CPU is given as a possible solution.

How to open the back cover to reseat CPU. Obviously, first I have to remove the lid covering the HDD's, Memory modules etc. and after that loose rest screws and remove the back cover. How to safely remove CPU and but it back to test if that helps? Is there a link to manual or video on HP home page? I have one Lenovo PC and there are good tutorials for self service on their home page. I hope there is similar for HP laptops and I just did not find the correct page.

There is 2 GHz AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core Mobile Processor RM-70 with socket S1G2 in the laptop. Which one processors can be installed instead of the old one? I suppose that only used ones are available.  Can I install S1G3 or even S1G4 socket?
