Product: Pavillion DV7 p/n NB406AV
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Have a Pavillion DV7 Entertainment Laptop, Part # NB406AV which is overheating, I beleive the fan to be defective, cannot hear it running, no air flow from ports and bottom of PC adjacent to CPU get and remains hot.

 

Case is marked Centrino 2, 

 

I pulled both harddrives and they appear to have had excessive heat,,,,have upgraded to new drives,,,,,,but need original part number or cross reference to a part an OEM and replacement source.
