My hp pavilion i5-8300H Laptop randomly Freezes the screen and the keyboard and the screen glitches when you hit on the touch pad or even shake it a bit

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please run a System Test and try reproducing the issue during the Test and let me know what happens

 

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
