Product: HP Pavilion x360 - 14-dh1178tu
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using hp pavilion x360 convertible 14-dh1xxx more than 2 years and works perfectly but after updates and upgrade to Windows 11 keyboard and touchpad not working. But in BIOS both keyboard and touchpad work perfectly, and also external keyboard and mouse works well.

 

I tried the followings methods

1. Update my system, update to date from system settings as well as by HP support 

2. I tried to fresh install from cloud Windows 10 like factory settings, also the same problem came

3. Also, I tried reset CMOS

 

I noticed that BIOS version is F.13 after system update. Can you tell me how to rollback to F.8, I have to try this also.

 

or give me support to solve this issue.
