Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
WHEN I TURNED THE COMPUTER ON A HP DIAGNOSTIC OPTIONS CAME UP. AND INSTRUCTED ME TO CLICK ON IT AND IT RAN FOR A FEW MINUTES AND INSTRUCTED ME TO GO TO WWW.HP.COM/GO/TECHCENTER/PCDIAGS AND DOWN LOAD IT TO A FILE WHICH I CAN NOT FIND ANYWHERE . WAS THIS \LEGIMATE OR A SCAM?

That is a broken link on the HP web server. You can safely ignore it.
