Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I tried to identify my Laptops with HP Customer Support but it can’t find anything. 

 

My Serial Number is : 6MS17ES#ABF

Hi:

 

That is the product number for your notebook, not the serial number.

 

If you can't find the serial number where the product number is, look in the system information window in the BIOS.

 

Another thing you can do is to use the HP support assistant, which should have that info available and also a way to contact HP support.

 

The support assistant software should have been part of the factory W10 installation.

 

If not, you can install it from the link below, orange download button at the top right side of the page.
