Hi:

W10 should have installed the driver automatically.

Note that the Ralink wifi and bluetooth adapter has major problems with the newer releases of W10.

Usually the wifi, bluetooth or both completely disappear from the device manager and there is no fix other than to replace the wifi card with a different model.

So, if you do not see a Bluetooth device manager category, the disappearing act happened to you.

Here is the link to the W10 Ralink Bluetooth driver...

If you want to upgrade the wifi card, this model should work fine...dual band wifi and bluetooth.

Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11abgn 2×2 Wi-Fi Adapter, Broadcom Bluetooth4.0 Adapter   HP part # 730668-001.

You should be able to find this model wifi card on eBay.   Search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the wifi card removal and replacement procedure.
