I'm a full-time content creator, and I use my laptop for work. I've been using it for almost two years now, and it was working perfectly until a few months ago. Nowadays, the storage is about to run out, and with the AI features, the laptop started taking some more time to process. I would like to know about the possibility of upgrading the RAM and SSD to make it smooth again. Thanks in advance for the advice and suggestions.

You have a pair of DDR4 slots using DDR4-3200. The specs say 16 gb is the max but it can very likely run 32 gigs of memory. 

 

You can verify its maximum memory capacity as shown here:

The storage is a single M.2 NVME PCIe Ge 3.0 SSD. You can upgrade that to as large as 4 TB.
