Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 
Good afternoon, on the keyboard of the Specter X360, I can't find the insert key (used for the old copy ctrl + ins, paste shift + ins or to leave edit mode s to insert or overwrite).
Which combination performs the same functionality?

Please use shift + 0 (zero) on the num pad.

Good evening, thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think it can be applied to my case, I don't have the numeric pad.
