Probook 450 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday, I have received new HP Probook 450 G7. and I found one problem.

Camera module not in correct position. function is okay.

But, as I think, because of it, bezel is not well bonded as you see in attached photo.

I did press bezel with finger, but it soon fell again after some time.

So, I want to go to HP service center, but I am not sure engineer will receive my request.

if do detach bezel. thin bezel will be bent and stretched.

so, I want to request to them, that exchange it with new bezel during replace camera module.

but, I am not sure that they will approve of my request.

Please, let me know.

I am in South Korea, but anyway HP policy will be same in all country. so I have wrote here.
