Hey , last year i got the ak000nk gaming pc and now i want to add some storage.
it didn't come with an SSD but it has an empty 2280 M.2 socket, so my question is :
is the socket SATA or NVME ? so can i add an NVME SSD? or should i buy a SATA SSD instead ? pls reply

The M.2 SSD type that is compatible is M.2 SATA-3 (NGFF) with TLC memory. I suggest using a 256 GB unit.
An NVMe M.2 SSD won't be a compatible unit.
Take a look at the Maintenence & Service guide at the link below. This is a tech manual, so unfortunately you will need some familiarity with tech publications.
