I want to know if i keep the charger plugged in after the battery fully charged, will it harm it and make it over charged? or contrarly it will save the battery life as the laptop will work directly through the charger especially when i use it for long times in gamings and graphical programs?

You can leave the computer plugged into the charger without harm.

Leaving the computer plugged into the charger is beneficial for gaming and any activity for which you don't want to use the battery.

Leaving the computer plugged into the charger reduces the number of charge cycles.

1. No. The motherboard has been designed to prevent over-charging.

2. The motherboard will "split" the incoming power, to recharge the battery, and to run the computer.

3. Note that many laptops will "dim" the screen, and slow-down the processor, when running strictly on battery, to extend the battery's charge.  For "gaming", you need full power, which implies a laptop running on AC power.

When using graphical programs, most of the time, the computer is "waiting" for you to do something (cut, paste, copy, move).  So, running "slowly" on battery-power may not be a problem.
