Product: hp 8710w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Hi,

after some months in the spare-room, I fetched my Laptop 8710w.

Former times it works very well without any errors. But now after

having it recharged, the following keys won't work:

F9, F10, F11, F12, Backspace, Pipe/Backslash, NewLine (of the main keyboard)

Although I disassembled the RTC-Battery there is no way to get back working these

keys

Maybe sombody knows a resolution
